The parking lot repairs are now complete – and it looks fantastic! Gates will officially reopen on July 2nd.

We have a statutory obligation under the Fire Safety Act 2021 to inspect all fire doors in your building which includes your front door.
For the inspection we will need short access to your apartment to inspect both sides of the door and frames. The team will not need to enter your apartment for any other purpose.
The inspection will only take a matter of minutes and will be conducted by EPS Fire limited who will provide identification on the day.
The inspection will be conducted on Wednesday April 17th commencing at 9.45am
